Becky M. Sprau, 75, of Fort Calhoun, Nebraska, passed away on December 12, 2024, in Omaha. She was born on July 19, 1949, in Omaha to Bill and Dorothy Kruse.
Becky is survived by her children: Ray (Julie) Sprau of Blair, Donnie Sprau of Iowa, Jesse Sprau of Fort Calhoun, and Julie Rawls of Blair. She also leaves behind her siblings: sisters Bev (John) Mehuron and Kathleen Carpender, both of Omaha, Margie (Tom) Tapper of East Peoria, Illinois, and brother Bill (Jeanine) Kruse of Omaha. Her legacy continues through numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Dorothy Kruse.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 16, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home in Fort Calhoun. Funeral services will take place Tuesday, December 17, at 10:30 AM at the funeral home, followed by interment at Fort Calhoun Cemetery.
The family suggests memorials to The Sprau Family in lieu of flowers. Arrangements are under the direction of Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home, Fort Calhoun (402-468-5678).
