Mr. Kaiser was born on August 25, 1968, in Casper, Wyoming, to Edward Kenneth Kaiser Sr. and Donna Mae (Ulferts) Kaiser. He graduated from Blair High School and went on to pursue higher education before establishing a career in the Bio-Medical field, where he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jackie; sons Jeff, Tim, and Scott Fredericksen; sisters Janice (Kevin) Uecker and Mary Anne Vischulis; and several cherished nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Steve Vischulis.
