Vogelpohl elaborates, “We separate ourselves from other Tex-Mex restaurants by being friends with our guests. Not only do we strive to serve high-quality food by preparing our items from scratch every day, but we serve our guests in convenient ways to assure the best experiences.”

The food truck’s presence in Blair is in its nascent stages but already building community relationships. “The Power Wash Car Wash has been fantastic in helping us settle in Blair. We’re excited about the new opportunities that will arise as we begin to build new partnerships,” Vogelpohl enthuses.
As for the future, Amigos plans more growth and innovation. “We plan more food trucks for the surrounding areas, partnerships with local grocery stores, and convenience stores. Be on the lookout for new brick and mortar locations in the future!” Vogelpohl shares with anticipation.
